TradingView promo code: where to enter it and which codes work

TradingView does accept promo codes, but not the ones you'll find on most coupon sites. Here's where the code goes, which codes are real, and what to do when checkout says invalid.

Is there a TradingView promo code right now?

TradingView has no public promo code for October 2026. The codes that work are personal: the $15 coupon emailed to referred new users, and offers TradingView sends you itself. You type them into the "Have a promo code?" field at checkout, while seasonal sales apply automatically.

How do you enter a TradingView promo code?

TradingView's checkout has a dedicated field for codes. According to its support team, this is where it is:

  1. Choose a planOpen the pricing page, pick a plan and billing period, and continue to checkout.
  2. Find "Have a promo code?"On the payment details step, it sits in the upper-right area next to the subscription price.
  3. Enter the code and click ApplyType or paste the code exactly as you received it.
  4. Check the new total before payingThe discount comes off the subtotal straight away. Make sure the plan and billing period match the code's terms.

Codes are plan-specific: TradingView says shared coupons are usually valid for one subscription level and billing cycle, and are meant to be used once.

A code promising 50–90% off outside a TradingView sale, or one with an old year in its name, is almost always expired. TradingView also warns against entering billing details for codes from senders you can't verify.

Why does TradingView say "The promo code is invalid"?

TradingView lists three usual reasons:

  • The code has expired. Referral coupons, for example, last one year.
  • It doesn't match your cart. The code may be for a different plan or billing period. Switch to the plan it was issued for and try again.
  • It isn't valid where you are. Some codes are limited by country.

If all of that checks out and it still fails, TradingView's support team can verify the offer.

Why is there no promo code field at checkout?

If the field is missing, you're buying through a special offer that already includes a discount, and TradingView doesn't let you add a code on top. To use your own code, open the regular pricing page from Products, then Pricing, and start checkout from there.

Codes also can't be applied to upgrades or downgrades, and you can only extend a subscription with a code when it expires in less than two weeks.

Can you use a promo code during the Black Friday sale?

Usually not. Sale prices come from special offer pages, which don't accept extra codes, and the $15 coupon can't be combined with other discounts. During a sale, compare the sale total with your regular price minus the code, and pick the lower one. Our Black Friday guide tracks this year's sale, and the TradingView discount code guide covers every option with the math.
